About Dreame
Dreame is a fast-growing smart home appliance brand backed by Xiaomi ecosystem investment, specialising in robot vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet & dry vacuums, and hair care devices. Known for cutting-edge AI navigation, powerful suction, and innovative mop+vacuum combos, Dreame has rapidly become one of the top competitors in the robot vacuum space, challenging Roomba and Dyson at every price tier.
Popular Dreame products
- H14 cordless vacuum $190 off with WDH14 — the biggest saving on this page.
- H12 Pro and H12 Pro FlexReach Wet and dry cordless vacuums with self-cleaning brush rolls.
- G10 Pro wet & dry vacuum $150 off with WDNEWG10P.
- L20 Ultra and X30 Ultra Robot vacuums praised for navigation and base stations.
Dreame is a case where the hardware and the company are best judged separately. The robot and cordless vacuums genuinely compete with Roomba and Dyson on capability, and the H12 Pro and H14 review well on suction and self-cleaning brush rolls. The after-sales record is another matter: Dreame Technology sits at 1.6/5 on Trustpilot from over 1,200 reviews, and its European storefronts score similarly badly, with warranty handling, returns and support being the consistent themes. Buy the machine if the specs suit you, but go in assuming that if it fails, getting it resolved will be hard work — and pay by a method that gives you your own route to a refund.
Dreame Trustpilot Reviews
The r/dreame subreddit and r/RobotVacuums community regularly rank Dreame among the top recommendations on capability, with the L20 Ultra and X30 Ultra praised for navigation accuracy and base station functionality, and members actively sharing tips and firmware updates. Threads about warranty claims and support response times are a recurring counterweight, which matches the picture on Trustpilot — the machines are well liked, the customer service is not.
